About the Club

Trafford Netball Club (Seniors) was established over 20 years ago playing matches on a hand painted outdoor court in Urmston. Since then the club has grown into a club boasting a membership of over 80. We are a friendly club with a very wide age range including 18 year olds through to over 50s. The club is proud to be winners of the North West Regional Open League 2011 and will play in the Northern League in 2011/12 season. We also won 4 Divisions (including the 1st Division title) and were runners-up in 2 divisions of Greater Manchester Evening League 2010/11. The club also includes members who have represented county, regional and national netball squads. We have teams playing in the Reddish League in Stockport, teams play in the Manchester Saturday League and Warrington League. The club is host of the Trafford Summer League during June and July each year. The club also has players attending training sessions just for fitness, fun and pleasure. Our home venue is based at Lostock College in Stretford, on Monday and Tuesdays but regular training nights are held at schools and sports centres in Altrincham, Davyhulme, Old Trafford, Urmston, Sale and Partington.
